Education: Master’s Degree in HR
Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years in OD
Salary: 60,000 to 70,000

- Job Analysis, Organization Hierarchy and Structuring, Job descriptions, and Job Related SOPs development
- Human Resource Framework Design and Implementation
- KPIs and Performance Management System Design and Implementation
- Succession Planning
- Learning Management Strategy – System, Design, and Implementation
