We are Hiring for the Position of Junior Executive, CFD (Warranty Administration).
Responsibilities include:
- Provide support to dealers in warranty claim processing & reimbursement, and interact with the concern department (QA/TDEM/DMC/TMC) for reporting and countermeasure activities.
- Process Warranty Claims to MSP / JSP Sources on a timely basis and reconcile approved claims.
- Warranty Claim code assigning, processing and memo submission to finance for Dealer payment clearance.
- Warranty Claim Reports management and sharing of necessary data with Toyota through WIAS.
Skills:
- Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint).
- Presentation & Communication skills.
