Attock Petroleum Limited, a leading Oil Marketing Company is looking for Executive (High Street Sales) – Lubricants.

Education: MBA Sales & Marketing .
Experience: 3-5 years preferably in OMC.
Location: Lahore. No. of Positions: One (1)

Job Description:

• Strong prospect identification to generate new customers in segment. Able to operate in all cities/towns on need basis.
• Manage current customers list to increase/consolidate sales.
• Remain updated about new market demand of lubricants in his segment.
• Demonstrates the ability to sell against the competition with strong negotiation, selling skills and decision-making skills.
• Independently address technical quarries raised by customer prior to sales and after sales, also required to support sales team technical assistance.
• Maintain, document and share with other team members lubricant performance records for all existing customers. Develop proof of performance for high value customers.
• Ensure consistent and profitable growth in sales volumes through accurate planning, follow up, proper deployment and supervision of distribution sales team.
• Ensure to retain existing customers through continuous customer engagements through various tools including commercial & technical visit, trainings to staff and lube surveys.
• Training & monitoring of sales staff to enhance sales and work with customer service people to manage their customer.
• To collect regular market information regarding competitor’s activities, customer feedback, market surveys and timely identification of any new opportunity that is beneficial for company.
• Establish, maintain and expand customer base by familiarizing yourself with sales and customer service to new and existing accounts by demonstrating high level of communication with all customers and management.
• Monthly sales forecast SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) wise to help production team in product planning and reporting of sales figures to management.
• Any other task assigned by Management
