Position: Field Managers

Damen Support Programme is a microfinance company working for the grass-root development in Pakistan and concentrates on social and economic uplift of the marginalized communities.

ELEGIBILITY CRITERIA:

• 14 years of education with main responsibility of directing, managing and coordinating the entire operations of the field offices.
• 3 to 5 years working experience in Micro-Finance sector.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Sufficient knowledge of MS Office.

COMPENSATIONS:

• 45,000/- salary (per month) with a company maintained motorbike & fuel.
• Health & life insurance, EOBI, Provident Fund etc.

LOCATIONS:

LAHORE, SHEIKHUPURA, KASUR, NANKANA, FAISALABAD, SAHIWAL, OKARA, GUJRANWALA, TOBA TEK SINGH, AND SIALKOT DISTRICTS
