Job Duties:
- Customer dealing/handling
- Complaint Resolution/handling
- Preparing case history and drafting the case from scratch (Report writing)

Experience: 3 to 4 years in sales coordination and administrative functions
Skills Requirement:
- Strong communication skills – oral and written.

Job Duties:
- Assistance and resolution of day to day sales queries
- Daily circulation OF MIS and other business reports.
- Daily correspondence with Underwriting department for the timely submission/issuance of MDC business.
- Facilitate the sales with Persistency reports and ensure effective follow-up for the matching of premium and requirements.
- Daily correspondence with agency regarding commissions/hold payments/submission of agency requirements for payment release.
- Daily correspondence with agency regarding hiring/release/change of reporting/promotion/demotions etc.
- Daily correspondence with Head office regarding required inventory/documents.
