Nishat Hotels & Properties Ltd is looking for Quality Assurance Manager.
Job Description:
- Develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures; monitoring inventories.
- Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; measuring production; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures.
- Process Improvement, Analyzing Information, Strategic Planning, Verbal Communication, Informing Others, Quality Engineering, Emphasizing Excellence, Pharmacology, Attention to Detail, Thoroughness, Dealing with Complexity.
Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitality industry.
Education: Minimum Graduation or equivalent certification. Master’s degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Skills:
- Knowledge of quality control and branding standards, preferable in hotel industry.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite. May require advanced proficiency in one or more specific applications.
