• Be the first point of contact for branch customers and deliver to the highest standards of customer service.
• Attend and resolve customer queries efficiently and effectively.
• Assist in opening bank accounts and identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products.
Location: Across Pakistan
Education: Bachelor’s or Master's Degree
Experience: Fresh OR Upto 2 years’ experience in face-to-face customer handling.
