Experience: 03 – 04 Year
Qualification: Preferably Masters from HEC recognized university
Job Description:
- Provide assistance, support to senior managers on daily basis for smooth functioning of sales process
- Assist managing sales process for external customers and key accounts along with handling pricing negotiations
- Develop and retain focus on consistency and betterment of business to business (B2B) relationships with new and existing customers
- Visit customers on daily basis to ensure seamless provision of services
- Preparing and presenting reports to Area Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager (Daily meeting / visits report/Invoicing & Collection/Sales Summary/Month End reports)
- To follow up with factory officials for orders processing/planning and ensure smooth dispatches
- Keep the complaint cycle short and effective for customers
- Fulfill specific assignments related to customer & competitor. (capacity/conversion/ordering/market share/market intelligence /payment/new development/pricing)
