Job Description
Selected candidate will be responsible;
- Positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers.
- Maintain long term business relationship, resolve customer queries and timely collection from Corporate customers.
- Customer handling skills ? polite, welcoming, genial and helpful approach.
- Basic knowledge of Accounting and Taxation
Qualification:
- Bachelors or above in (BBA/MBA Finance) from reputable and HEC recognized university with minimum 60% marks in matric, FSc and bachelors.
- Fresh graduates are preferred.
Skills Required:
- Should be confident, team player multi-tasking and excellent verbal and written communication skills are required along with an ability to work in teams under pressure.
- Identifying customers needs, provide information and providing better solutions.
