Executive Credit Monitoring

Location: Lahore

Job Purpose:

Assisting the Credit and Collection function for Enterprise Business of all regions. The candidate will manifest his skills and expertise to ensure timely collection and implement controls over revenue leakage. The resource will assist in the analysis, monitoring, reconciliation, and reporting activities that are performed periodically.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Credit Monitoring activity of more than 250 customers of enterprise business.
  • Resolve customer invoice queries and disputes, and initiate credit-debit memos where applicable.
  • Coordination with Sales and Collection team to ensure payment of invoices within due time.
  • Issuance of Credit Monitoring letters to customers where payment is delayed and keeping a track thereon for further activities leading to blocking and unblocking of customers
  • Reconciliation of accounts ledger of customers on a routine basis to have the updated details of payment outstanding with the customers.
  • Helping with the accurate posting and allocation of all daily incoming remittances in the customer’s accounts and onward reporting to finance.
  • Assisting in preparation and submission of Monthly Reports to Division Management that includes aging, churn cases, forecast for next month, recovery from bad debts, expected defaulter list, and collection made from them.
  • Acting as a bridge between Wateen and Customer and coordinating with the internal departments to resolve the issue related to the invoice process.
  • Strict follow-up with the Clients and resolving all their issues to streamline the payment process.
    To perform any other ‘ad hoc’ duties as required by Management

Qualification:

  • Bachelors in Finance.
  • Advanced Degree (MBA, MS) would be a plus.

Work Experience: 

2+ years of experience in accounts receivable of large customer portfolio in preferably Telecom or any other Sales oriented Sector

Job Purpose:

The role is to assist the Recruitment Manager in order to ensure adequate sourcing and timely recruitment of assigned departments. Ensure that manpower needs & talent placement is aligned with the business needs of the company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and facilitate recruitment manager in organization’s hiring process.
  • Maintaining a healthy candidate pipeline to cater future hiring needs of the organization.
  • Assist the Recruitment Manager for the complete recruitment cycle, understanding the requisition, advertising jobs, sourcing, interviewing shortlisted applicants, and on-boarding the finalized candidate.
  • Attracting potential candidates through multiple platforms such as social media advertising and professional networking.
  • Coordinating with career placement officers of universities to build a positive image of the company to attract fresh candidates and ensuring Wateen’s brand presence.
  • Ensuring that accurate job descriptions (JDs) are in place
  • Timely delivery of projects based on business requirements.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor / Masters in HRM or Business Management from a recognized institute.

Work Experience: 

  • 3 – 5 years relevant experience
