Job Title: Assistant Manager Acquisition & Channel Planning

Job Purpose:

This role entails developing all business-critical reports and systems in S & D and applying analytical skills to identify and report any grey areas

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop & drive Franchise and retail Sales channel strategy/plan that ensures achievement of company sales objectives by developing and maintaining busine
  • Responsible for product-wise (Gross Add, Loading) sales target setting and regional support to attain sales objectives.
  • Constant coordination with the regional teams for Target Follow-up, and New type product Launch with respect to the acquisition, etc.
  • Managing all ongoing projects related to channel development to get deliverables timely.
  • Sales channel planning & development Indirect channel (For Recharge perspective)
  • End to end responsibility of designing and executing Trade Promotions for the Sales Channel to attain sales objectives
  • Devising and setting KPIs for sales teams in accordance with company objectives. To closely monitor and communicate with regions to ensure sale targets achieved
  • Design and revision of channel commission & policies
  • Monitoring Channel Partner activities and performance review. Highlighting improvement areas for better management decision making
  • To be responsible department-level projects directly related to channel Responsible for sales analysis through studying sales trends, traffic patterns, quality of sales, and other related reports to find out sales trends and capability of various sales channels


  • A minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is required. Candidates with MBA will be preferred.

Work Experience:

  • A minimum of 4 – 5 years of total experience in sales planning or relevant domain is required.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to build reports at tactical & strategic levels
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

Skills – Job Specific:

  • Very strong analytical skills
  • Adept at Team Management Strong
  • Project Management skills
  • Knowledge of sales & distribution concepts
