Job Title: Assistant Manager Sales Development

Location: Lahore
1. Liaises between reporting team and Manager Sales Development
2. In direct coordination with respective executive to ensure, no. of calls, leads, opportunity and closing targets are met.
3. Planning with executive to implement strategies for development, support and motivation of reporting team to deliver the numbers set for them
4. Coordinate with ZSM(s) and SM(s) to cater their concerns with regards to meetings assigned, lead status on SF, conversion of opportunities and follow up as and when requested.
5. Ensuring availability of their team ranging to punctuality, behavior, HR policy adherence.
6. Managing team daily working on CCMS (IBEX) and subsequently working on quality checks of the calls and meeting to control disqualification ratio.
7. Working closely with assigned team to train, improve and acing the daily tasks independently along reporting any concerns of the team which may arise.
8. Thinking ahead in terms of team HC, data requirements, situational changes and backups.
Experience:-
2+ years of experience managing and growing lead gen teams
