What is the opportunity?
An exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and motivated Fresh graduates / professionals to join our ADC Switch Operations team for managing day to day operational tasks.
What will you do?
As part of ADC Switch operation Team, you will be responsible for:
. Performing day to day ADC Switch operations which include but are not limited to ATM transaction monitoring and channel connectivity etc.
. Liaison with the internal team for ADC production related matters
. Coordination with the respective vendors for reported issues and their timely resolution
. Actively participate in the process of conducting UAT and its closure with respective Business units
. Responsible to document all required UATs signoff for production rollout
What do you need to succeed?
. Bachelor’s Degree in CS/BS or IT from any renowned university
. Good knowledge of end to end SDLC
. Good interpersonal and communication skills
. Strong team player with good problem solving, critical thinking and multi-tasking skills
