NRSP Microfinance Bank Ltd is seeking applications for the position of “Relationship Managers/Business Development Officers”. 

We are seeking applications for the position of Relationship Managers/Business Development Officers. Interested candidates meeting the following criteria are encouraged to apply online.

Job responsibilities:

·       To achieve individual deposit targets assigned by Line Managers.

·       To generate new leads for mobilization of low cost deposits.

·       To concentrate on CASA deposits for better branch profitability.

·       To manage good mix of deposits portfolio in term of both volume and customer base.

·       To ensure high quality customer service to clients.

·       To develop & maintain good working relationships with clients & other staff.

·       To ensure compliance of all regulations, rules, policies, SOPs of SBP & NRSP Bank.

·       To perform any other Task assigned by Management

Qualification:     

• Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent from HEC recognized universities.

Experience:              

• Fresh Graduate. However, candidates having relevant experience will have edge.

• Karachi.
