HBL is looking to hire a Branch Network Optimization Manager in Branch Banking Function, Karachi who will be responsible for Identifying and exploring Optimization avenues for the bank.
Job Details:
• Execute the Optimization model on the Branch Banking Network
• Monitor the performance of existing branches to highlight non-performing branches that needs to be relocated, managing total numbers in terms of license issues and branch site identification for expanding the domestic network.
• Involve in procedure on activities involved in Branch Opening, Relocations and closures with the defined timeline
• Create a working relationship across cross functional teams especially Regional Offices in order to gain insight into the geographies as well as ensuring that the Region is in sync with the recommendations on branches.
Location: Karachi
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
Experience: 5+ years' banking/ financial experience
