HBL is looking to hire a Head Learning Technology in Human Resources Function, Karachi who will be responsible for implementing technology based learning solutions for enhanced learning.
Job Details:
• Liaison with cross-functional system owners in IT, human resources, and other functions of the organization to create and maintain integration points for full system functionality.
• Design and develop technology-based learning and development programs for successful learning transfer.
• Review programs for successful integration of technology interventions.
• Lead the development and delivery of L&D’s digital transformation strategy and action plan, aligned to bank’s strategic direction
Location: Karachi
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant certification in Technology.
Experience: 12-15 years of relevant experience.
