HBL is looking to hire a Manager MIS and Analytics in Branch Banking Function, Karachi who will be responsible for ensuring that MIS and Data quality risks relating to KYC CDD are effectively managed in accordance with Banks Policies and Procedures, Regulatory requirements and management expectations.
Job Details:
• Drive the MIS and data driven requirements of KYC/CDD Unit such as daily updates, consolidation of daily MIS of Pre-Processors and Reviewers, resolution status of KYC/CDD Reviews from Branches, Updates for senior management, Head Governance and Unit Head KYC/CDD.
• Prepare templates and status for periodic management reporting.
• Drive team to ensures operational efficiencies and customer data integrity in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
• Lead and develop an effective team through communication, performance management, & development plans.
Location: Karachi
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
Experience: 5-7 years’ experience in banking experience. Having a degree or prior experience in Data Analytics and MIS will be preferred.
