HBL is looking to hire a Compliance Officer in Brussels, Belgium who will be responsible for supporting Head – Compliance in all related activities for the branch.
Job Details:
· Transaction Monitoring and review (FCCM)
· Releasing and escalation of swift payment
· Screening of incoming and outcoming swift messages in Safewatch (SSW)
· Discounting, and closures of alerts (FCCM and SSW)
· Assist in daily, weekly, and monthly reports to Head-Office and assist in keeping track of all regulatory and other compliance reporting in Belgium
· Perform enhanced due diligence (EDD) reviews of all (Very high, High, PEP and medium risk) customers.
· Assisting in keeping track of the Bank policies, procedures, CRRM and periodic review dates.
· Perform QA and Compliance Assurance
· Assist Head of Compliance in arranging regular training and CCM meetings
· Handle CCM minutes and follow up action items with stake holders
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Experience: 2-3 years' experience in a compliance role preamble at an international bank, with excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Dutch or French
