Position: Manager HVC

Location:  Islāmābād, Pakistan

Job Purpose:


This position is responsible for dedicated uplift of the High Value Customer (HVC) segment of the company with main focus on yielding the maximum potential of the segment in terms of revenues & segment profitability and provide an ever improving customer experience in the segment. As the position is of Manager level, only directional supervision from top is required for this position.


Job Description:


  • Help design and execute the overall segment strategy based on customer insights in order to increase the segment size, revenue and profitability(voice, vas, data & future products)
  • Manage specific projects within the segment strategy that support new customer acquisitions and segment share. Initiate and generate innovation ideas to drive new customer acquisition based on customer insights
  • Lead and execute cross functional delivery projects on segment specific acquisition and support segment head and work with CVM team to define BTL/Upselling/Cross Selling and retention strategy
  • Provide inputs on pricing and product development based on consumer insights and analytic and come up with ideas to enhance customer experience & increase segments revenue & profitability
  • Improve segment customer experience from all fronts i.e. communications, customer touch points, product offerings, etc.
  • Keeping segment strategy in line with overall company strategy & direction

Education:

  • Minimum: Bachelors in Business Administration
  • Techno Commercial Background

Experience:

  • 6 to 8 years of relevant experience

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and juggle competing priorities
  • Energetic & Drive for Result and relentless in planning
  • Significant experience in cellular industry
  • Problem solving approach
  • Able to perform under stringent deadlines with multi tasking capabilities
  • Strong communication & presentation skill
  • Analytical mindset .
  • Management Experience in innovation/communication development projects
  • Strategic Agility and ability to influence and impact positively
  • Experience in handling complex projects with large scale & cross functional delivery
  • Should be familiar with segment level P&L concepts
  • Able to translate complex concepts into layman’s terms and influence both peers and senior leadership
