Job Title: Boiler Engineer

Qualification: DAE / B.Tech - Mechanical with 1st Class Certification in Boiler Engineering
Main Responsibilities:
• Effective operation and maintenance of all boilers and auxiliary system
Experience of Coal Fired – Chain Grate Boiler
• Responsible for Boiler isolation, de-isolation, Food Grade chemical dosing, Boiler Feed Water/Continuous Blow Down adjustment with complete understanding of boiler control philosophy
• Responsible for operation of de-aeration and condensate recovery system
• To supervise and Check/Record of all Pressure Safety Valves / Steam Reducing Stations / Steam Traps / Steam Leakages and ensures timely maintenance
• Having Grip on Energy Optimization/Losses Control from Steam Lines, Condensate Recovery and auxiliary accessories
• Effective Planning, Coordination and Execution of all Maintenance activities related to Boiler House Machinery
Ensure a safe working environment.
• Proficient in Electrical Controls/Technologies would be an added advantage
• Coordination with Government Boiler Inspector for Equipment Inspection and Boiler Annual Certificate
Having good grip on the local laws and regulations regarding Boiler. Team Player, Excellent communication skills, Computer literate, interpersonal and persuasive skills with proven track record of delivering desired results
