HBL is looking to hire Agri Finance Officers in Rural Banking division for Balochistan region who will be responsible for achieving business targets of NTBs and renewals of existing limits of rural banking customers.
Job Details:
• Keep Non-performing Loans at the accepted level.
• Prepare credit cases and follow bank’s laid down credit process till disbursement.
• Maintain relationship with the farmers and use the approach relevant to the stage of collections as per Agri legal & recovery Manual.
• Conduct follow-ups and apprise Branch Manager on the productivity achieved on the number of accounts introduced, calls per day and commitments fulfilled.
Location: Usta Muhammad, Dera Murad Jamali (Sohbatpur), Sibi, Zhob, Uthal, Khuzdar, Loralai, Harnai, Gawadar and Turbat
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Experience: Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
