HBL is looking to hire a Manager International Compliance-CoE in Global Compliance function, Karachi, who will be responsible for MI & Reporting, Policy & Procedure formulation , maintenance, performing assurance reviews and FCR Alert management.
Job Details:
• Develop a suite of insightful MI (in the form of largely automated Dashboards) across various aspects of Compliance / Regulatory risk.
• Provide timely and effective support to overseas locations in the review of other Compliance related documents (e.g product programmes, SLAs and processes), etc.
• Carry out reviews (on-site or desktop based) of key Compliance related risks and controls in accordance with an approved methodology which reflects the key and emerging risk areas.
• Review all alerts from an AML or sanctions perspective (whether system generated or raised by staff) in order to identify any potentially anomalous activity, ensuring that these are appropriately closed / investigated / reported in accordance with both internal and external (i.e regulatory) timelines.
Location: Karachi
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
Experience: 2 years’ experience in a risk or compliance capacity.
