-Job Description:
• Prepare daily dispatch plan and share with transporters.
• Ensure in time availability of outbound vehicles by coordination with transporters.
• Ensure loading execution as per loading KPI’s.
• Ensure In time system processing (SAP Documents) of dispatched vehicles.
• Update and ensure daily reported containers and in time offloading as per pre-defined KPI’s.
• Ensure monthly transport billing.
• Ensure transport quarries regarding delay in offloading at distributions/Late arrival at distribution etc.
Skills:
• Good Communication Verbal & Written
• MS Office
• Knowledge of SAP
