· Responsible for Key Account management for the assigned portfolio of region/customers
· Managing Sales Operations including order processing, shipment planning, execution and customer coordination in liaison with production, quality, logistics vendor and documentation team
· Responsible to devise plans for market and business development in various regions
· Prepare and send internal reports as per set timelines
· Identify new business opportunities (markets and channels)
