MCB Islamic Bank is inviting CVs for the position of “Complaint Resolution Officer” in Complaint Management Unit of Service Quality Department, based in Karachi. Please only apply if you fulfill the criteria mentioned in the job details.

 

LOCATION: Karachi

 

QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from HEC recognized university.

 

EXPERIENCE:

1-3 years of experience in Complaint Resolution (Preferably in Bank)

 

DESIRED SKILLS:

- To ensure that all the complaints are timely acknowledged.

- To ensure that the Interims are given timely against the complaints where detailed investigation Is required.

- To ensure timely closure of complaints received at the complaints resolution unit from various channels, specially from Banking Mohtasib Pakistan and State Bank of Pakistan.

- To ensure full compliance of policies and procedures, regulations while resolving complaints.

- To maintain necessary documentation for complaint resolution.
