- Reasoning Analysis concerning delay reflected by the aging report for all service center(s).
- Prepare ASC-wise RTAT and Satisfaction report reflecting reasons for not achieving set KPIs.
- Preparation of daily aging report.
- Follow-up with service centers on daily basis ensuring set labor and service targets are achieved.
- Data analysis of "Daily Received Jobs" & prepare "Daily Complaint Report".
- Follow-up of Un-Assigned complaints with CSO and ensure timely assignment to the technician.
