Reponsibilities:
• Will be responsible for complete supervision of Store.
• Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training & mentoring staff.
• Support in recruiting, training, supervising & appraising staff.
• Dealing with customer queries & complaints in a professional manner.
• Will be responsible to increase sales & enhance customer services.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation & other company policies.
• Monitor inventory levels & act accordingly.
• Maximizing profitability & setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so.
Requirements:
• 3 – 4 years of experience in a well - known retail brand in a similar capacity.
• Strong command on Microsoft Excel.
• People, operations management, & customer management skills are must.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, & leadership skills.
• Strong analytical & data management skills.
