About this role:

We are looking for a Procurement Executive for the Procurement Department.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge about basic procurement principals and procedures and shall be able to devise and implement resourceful sourcing strategies.

What you’ll do:

• Maintain directory of vendors categorically.
• Create and maintain a database for procurement items and rates.
• Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchasing.
• Help in the implementation of new sourcing strategies devised by managers.
• Review vendors and suppliers’ performance on regular basis.
• Keep procurement database up to date.
• Assist in the creation and transition of a new procurement hub.
• Assist in data collection from various businesses.
• Negotiate with vendors for best value added procurement.
• Open to new task addition related to procurement.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelors / Masters in Supply chain or Business Administration.
• 1 to 2 years' experience working in supply chain or procurement.
• Expert in MS Office and be able to adapt to any technological updates.
• Problem solving skills.
• Creative skills.
