Job Description:
- Ensure on-time delivery of machinery spares, services, production consumables, packing materials, chemicals and general consumables at site efficiently
- Develop new potential suppliers/alternate products, to improve efficiency and reduce lead-time
- Forecast price fluctuations and ensure advance bookings at best rates for maximum coverage
- Perform logistical lead time analysis and prepare ordering plan, keeping in view lead times
- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks present in processes
- Raise POs for spare parts/services in ERP System
- Liasie and collaborate with site teams to carry out technical projects
- Analyze useful life of items and provide economical alternatives for cost efficiency
- Prepare cost-benefit analysis and evaluate suppliers’ performance

- A can-do attitude with ability to juggle multiple critical requests
- A proactive individual who can work in a fast-paced environment
