IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

• Facilitate towards business growth by acquiring and providing administrative services to new customers. Ensure network rehabilitation along with organizing and controlling daily, weekly & monthly targets by utilizing resources (human, tools & equipment), for best customer experience.
• Enhance network in potential/dry areas to ensure the rehabilitation of faulty network.
• Ensure end to end process of providing New high-quality installations of phone Connection to customers, in smooth & trouble-free manner.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Ensure efficient reporting on asset utilization, vehicle logbooks, un-skilled labor statement & monthly progress.
• Ensuring to safeguard the PTCL Network during development activities.
• Extend support to development team in rehab & flash fiber projects & identification of potential areas for MSAG installation / flash fiber deployment.
• Ensure surveying, testing, fault identifications, preparation of preventive estimates & execution.
• Ensure security and safety of Team, Hand holes, PVC ducts and cables.
• Assist in Rehabilitation planning of business rich areas and ensure resource provisioning for network improvement
• Ensure to improve all key performance indicators i.e., MTTP, MTTR & CHI.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

• MBA / BE (Electronics) / MS (Telecom Engg.) from HEC recognized university.
• Knowledge of Network Operations & Development.
• Certified in Production & Inventory Management will be a plus.

Experience:

• Experience of Telecommunication & Project Management.
• Proven experience in managing internal & external stakeholders.
• Profound experience in people leadership.
• Experience of leading large-scale operations preferably in-service industry.
