01-Head of Operations:

Job Purpose/Summary:

This role is responsible for managing entire operations functions by overseeing Bank’s branch operational issues and ensuring timely dissemination of policy decisions by the regulators & management. The role provides strategic back office support to head office, regions, area office and branches’ functions and other operations functions. The position incumbent is also responsible for formulating policies and procedures to strengthen internal controls and to ensure smooth operations of the Group, managing entire operations team by providing them strategic and operational guidelines and ensuring compliance with regulatory frame work.

 

Minimum Experience Required:

At least 15 years of work experience in Banking or finance industry inclusive of 7 years in Senior Executive Management Position in a Commercial Bank;

Academic/Professional Qualification

Minimum Bachelors/Preferably masters in Finance/Economics or equivalent from HEC recognized institute or reputed foreign institute.

Required Skills:

        Candidate must possess sound knowledge of:

·        In-depth knowledge of general bank, foreign trade

·        Fully conversant with SBP Prudential Regulations, Anti Money Laundering and Know your       customer policy of the Bank Business Continuity Planning and Risk management Operations

·    Compliance and Regulatory Requirements

02-Chief Digital Officer:

Job Purpose/Summary:

The role is primarily responsible for development of Digital Strategy, to upgrade/ collaboration for technological platform to remain industry competitive, introduce service/product level interoperable platform and develop easy digital access for formal financial service for unbanked/financially excluded segment, enhance customer data/information security and enhance customer awareness on utilization of digital services.

Minimum Experience Required:

Minimum 12 years’ experience in banking, with 5 to 6 years’ experience in heading electronic/digital banking is preferable. Command over Regulatory matters & products/service knowledge.

Academic/Professional Qualification

Minimum Bachelors/Preferably masters of Business Administration, Technology, Engineering or equivalent from HEC recognized institute or reputed foreign institute.

Required Skills:

Candidate must possess sound knowledge of:

·        Excellent interactive skills with a high level of business acumen.

·        Knowledge of rules, regulations, policies and procedures and banking Sector.

·        Understanding of banking industry & emerging trends in management.
