Meezan Bank is looking to hire Customer Relationship Officers in the Retail Banking Group. These Relationship Officers will be posted at our Premium Centre lounges and will be managing service levels of top customers in Premium Banking segment.

Incumbents will be acting as Service Ambassadors for Premium customers and will assist customers in fulfilling their banking needs. This is an excellent opportunity for those who wish to make a career out of customer experience and looking to make it big in the Islamic Banking industry of Pakistan.

Eligibility:

• Minimum Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) from a reputable university

Experience:

• 2 years of experience in Customer Relationship role OR Fresh graduates from a reputable university with high academic records.

Job Responsibility:

• Managing relationships of top customers in premium banking segment
• Acting as Service Ambassadors for Premium customers and will assist customers in fulfilling their banking needs.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong empathy and listening skills
• Basic interpersonal and marketing skills
