- Customer relationship management.
- To visit the market for business development purpose.
- To study competitor’s strategy/market movement.
- Update customer data base with contact details and interest information from perspective customers.
- Perform daily task based on assigned work plan.
- Maintain profitable and productive relationship with customers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions.
- Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction.
