Do you want to learn how to manage human resources for a growing company? ICI Pakistan Limited is currently hiring a trainee for its Corporate HR. Your tasks will include:

Key responsibilities will include:

1. Rewards Portfolio
2. Perform supportive tasks in the annual salary cycle for both permanent and contractual staff.
3. Ensure the Reward team meets their yearly commitments to external vendors with a salary survey
4. Conduct external benchmarking to compare the benefits and compensation of your business with that of other companies across various industries.
5. Provide support with the implementation of approved policies into your documents.
6. Manage internal and external communications with vendors and stakeholders to ensure projects are executed under the PRAISE program.
7. The Reward Team needs your help! Support them in any day-to-day activities and they'll be sure to give you a reward.
8. You can create awesome Dashboards on Power BI by adding datasets.

I'm skilled at:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI is required
• Some people also list strong analytical thinking as a helpful skill on their resume.
• Possessing an attention to detail is essential
• Great written and oral communication skills
•  Loves teamwork
