ICI Pakistan Ltd. is hiring an Executive Secretary for its Chemicals & Agri Sciences business based in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
· Report to the Vice President and maintain their agenda.
· Assist in planning and scheduling meetings, appointments, board meetings and conferences.
· Coordinate and book meeting venues and plan all relevant travel arrangements for the Vice President.
· Manage the Vice President’s email and telephonic communications and ensure timely responses to queries.
· Extend support towards organising engagement activities for the business.
· Ensure accuracy in record keeping with reference to documents relevant to the Vice President.
Skills:
· Knowledge of general office management systems and procedures
· Excellent time management, organisation and research skills
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Possess an attention to detail
· Effective communication and problem solving skills
· Proficiency in MS Office
