Key Accountabilities:
* Achieve 100% Primary & Secondary sales targets within the assigned territory
* Ensure distributor investment as per company policy and Business requirement
* Distributor ROI management
* Visit all FMCG selling shops to improve width and depth of Candyland products
* Design and implement PJP for TSM’s/Order Bookers and review it on periodic basis
* Ensure timely payments from credit customers, if any
* Ensure timely ordering and dispatches of Stocks to customers
* Ensure proper execution of brand activities as per the given guidelines
* On the Job training of TSMs & Order Bookers to make an effective and productive sales call
