POSITION SUMMARY
To ensure comprehensive Security of our Employees, Assets, Installations and Operations in Areas of Job Scope. Provide security cover to all Nestlé Events, Expats, NIMCOM and international VIP visitors.
WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL?
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree.
- 5-7 years’ experience in Security, Protocol and Operational Management in a complex medium size business/ organization.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- To assess the prevailing and emerging security challenges and recommend measures to mitigate the identified threats and prepare/ implement security SOPs as per the visualized threat. Recommend proposals for achieving security objectives and any budgetary implications in line with the Security Road Map.
- Plan, coordinate and supervise security for all Expats, their families, and international visitors; including protocol duties with expats; meet, greet, and escort from/ to airport.
- Plan and Conduct security awareness sessions for the employees.
- Provide security cover to all Nestlé events / functions in coordination with the concerned businesses and admin.
- Control Materials movement and Visitor Management in Head Office.
- Ensure effective control on third party security staff as per company policies and security agreement. Manage to ensure security assessment surveys with third party as per business requirements.
- Monitoring of small purchases and ensure correct entries of expenses in the budget head, and take measures to correct the entries, also ensure security expenditure payments through P2P by SAP system
