Job Announcement- Compliance Engineer (Islamabad)
SkyElectric is seeking a Compliance and Certification Engineer specializing in Solar and Battery
Energy Storage Systems certifications with specific focus on UL, EN, IEEE, IEC, and JIS
standards.
Job Responsibilities:
* Identifies and recommends compliance with standards that apply to our existing and
future products for various target markets.
* Supports success of compliance efforts by promoting early awareness of standards requirements. Contributes to the Product Requirements Documents as needed to ensure
relevant standards are referenced.
* Work with electronic design and mechanical teams to ensure standard requirements are
communicated and well understood.
* Work with various certification labs to achieve product compliance.
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
* BS/MS in Electrical/Electronic/Avionics/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
* 1 to 2 years experienced in renewable energy products/standards and power electronics.
* Ability to understand and derive requirements from standard documents.
* Understand safety concepts for solar and energy storage systems.
* An ideal candidate will have prior certification experience with UL, IEC or JIS standards
