HBL is looking to hire a Senior Manager BI Design and Delivery in Strategic Initiatives and Business Transformation, Karachi who will be responsible for supporting Head Business Intelligence Unit (BIU) with implementation of the Business Intelligence Unit covering reporting activities for all the COO functions.
Job Details:
• Consolidate existing reporting footprint for COO functions into a standardized set of dashboards/reports based on business requirements
• Define and implement metrics that are actionable and pre-emptive in highlighting risk by setting appropriate thresholds/ranges
• Partner with data owners/technology team to automate data directly from source systems to improve data quality/reduce manual reporting solutions
• Adhoc / Special Projects: Facilitate need based adhoc reporting / special projects
Location: Karachi
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economics; Computer Science; Engineering; MBA or equivalent. Technical expertise in data models, database design, data mining and segmentation techniques along with business intelligence tools (Power BI/SAAS Analytics) databases (SQL, Oracle etc.)
Experience: 7+ years of experience working in analytics, consulting, or an operational capacity (preferably Banking) including 4+ years functional experience in a business intelligence role.
