Hascol Petroleum Limited is looking for a Finance Executive – Accounts Payables in its Finance
department to be based at Head Office, Karachi.
Main Job Responsibilities
• Post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining
accounts payable records
• Ensure accuracy of an organization’s financial documents for payments, auditing and tax
purposes
• Work in tandem with Procurement and other user departments pertaining to acquiring
legal agreements, adjustments of advances, seeking sales tax invoices / credit notes
• Monthly closing activities and month end reconciliation of A/P Aging
• Liaison with external and internal auditors
• Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner
Education & Experience: Graduate with 5-6 experience in Accounts Payable or similar Finance function
OR
ACCA - 8 papers cleared with 1 year of work experience
