Higher Education Commission has announced the scholarship opportunity for the Master & Ph.D. for the academic year 2023. The scholarship opportunity is available in the Top institutes of the world.
The Government of Pakistan has announced the 35 Ms and 40 Ph.D. scholarships for the nationals of Pakistan. This is the best chance for Pakistani nationals to study in the Top 25 institutes of the world. Students from all over Pakistan are eligible to apply for the 75th National Top Talent Scholarship program.
The scholarship programs are available in multiple fields and majors. The scholars will prove to be national investments and support the country in entering a new era. The duration of the MS program is two years, and for the Ph.D. programs, its four years. The application process to apply for the HEC scholarship is online; interested candidates must submit their application before 21st March 2023.

Eligibility Criteria:
- All Nationals of Pakistan are eligible to apply for the HEC scholarship
- Both Male/Female candidates can apply
- Candidates must not be enrolled in any other scholarship program
- The scholarships are available for Master’s & Ph.D. programs
- Candidates with a minimum of one-second division through their entire academic career can apply.
Qualification Required:
- For Ph.D. Ms/ME/Mphil or equivalent 18 years of education
- For Masters BE/BS or Masters equivalent to 16 years of education
CGPA Required:
- First division in the Annual system
- 4.0 Cgpa out of 5
- 3.0 CGPA out of 4
Age Required:
- Max 35 years of Age is required.
- For Faculty members, there are five years of age relaxation
