Meezan Bank is looking to hire IT Support Officer for its Information Technology Group -
Nationwide.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science from an HEC recognized university
Experience:
- 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
Job Responsibility:
- Provide technical assistance/support against queries and issues related to computer systems, mobile devices, software’s and hardware’s
- Respond to queries either in person or over the phone or through remote session
- Install, troubleshoot and repair computer hardware and software
- Resolve technical problems related to Local Area Network (LAN)
- Participate in IT projects and provide first level support to customers
Skills & Knowledge:
- Knowledge of System/Network troubleshooting, hands-on experience on Windows Operating System and good communication skills
