Habib Bank Limited HBL is looking to hire ambitious and dynamic individuals as Agri Finance Officer Trainee in Consumer, SME and Agriculture Banking Function. This is a Trainee Program which provides an opportunity for fresh graduates to acquire strong hands-on experience to become future Agri Banking experts.
Job Details:
• Assist in achieving key performance targets and financial budgets set by the department as well as exploring new business opportunities through frequent field visits.
• Prepare credit cases and ensure adherence to Bank’s credit process.
• Create a customer friendly experience to ensure they are facilitated in the most efficient manner.
• Maintain relationship with the farmers and also achieve collection targets.
Location: Bahawalpur, Faisalabad, Hyderabad, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Islamabad-Rawalpindi, Jhelum, Mardan, Multan, Quetta, Sahiwal, Sargodha
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture and other equivalent programs
Experience: Fresh – 1 year similar banking experience
Career Progression: upon completion of the trainee program, successful trainees will be placed as Agri Finance Officer, based on their performance.
